Аннотация:
Увеличение экономически активного населения и их эффективное использование является одной из главных задач развития экономики, в связи с этим считаем, что заявленная тема научного исследования является актуальной. Цель проводимого исследования показать, как развитие макроэкономических показателей региона влияет на рост трудовых ресурсов. Анализ, синтез, сравнение и корреляционно-регрессионный анализ — это те методы, которые использованы для достижения поставленной цели в работе. В качестве основных результатов, достигнутых в ходе проведения исследования, можно выделить следующие: валовый региональный продукт на всем исследуемом промежутке времени непрерывно увеличивался. В структуре ВРП наибольший удельный вес, а следовательно, значимостью обладает сельское, лесное хозяйство, охота, рыболовство и рыбоводство (раздел А). Наблюдается существенное сокращение количества организаций, что не может не повлиять на сокращение численности рабочих, при этом удельный вес убыточных предприятий снизился. Внутренние инвестиции в экономику округа увеличиваются, иностранные сокращаются, что свидетельствует о низкой инвестиционной привлекательности со стороны иностранных государств и резидентов. Полученные результаты позволяют определить вектор дальнейших исследований, а именно проведение процедуры построения эконометрической модели, отражающей влияние макроэкономических показателей на рост трудовых ресурсов.

Regional economic development as a factor of labour resources growth

Abstract:
Increasing the gainfully occupied population and its productivity is one of the main tasks of economic development. In this regard, the topic of scientific research is relevant. The purpose of the study is to show how the development of the region's macroeconomic indicators affects the growth of labour resources. Analysis, synthesis, comparison, and correlation and regression analysis are the methods that have been used to achieve this goal. The main results achieved in the course of the study are as follows. The gross regional product continuously increased over the entire time period under study. In the structure of GRP, agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming (section A) have the largest share and significance. There is a significant reduction in the number of organizations, which affects the decline in the number of workers, while the share of unprofitable enterprises has decreased. Domestic investment in the economy of the district is increasing, while foreign investment is declining, which indicates a low investment attractiveness from foreign states and residents. The results obtained allow to determine the vector of further research, namely, the procedure for constructing an econometric model that reflects the impact of macroeconomic indicators on the growth of labour resources.
