Abstract:
The monograph covers criminalistics problems of face-to-face interrogation with participation of an under-aged defendant. It studies the notion, concept and aim of face-to face interrogation. It observes organizational and tactical questions of face-to-face interrogation with participation of an under-aged defendant. Moreover, it analyzes typical investigative situations, which occur by the moment of face-to-face interrogation with participation of an under-aged defendant, from the point of view of practical reasonability and moral permissibility. This work is interesting for practitioners of investigation agencies as well as for under-graduate and post-graduate students and teachers of law faculties of higher education institutes.
