    Abstract:
    The monograph reveals the theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of physical fitness and health services. Various interpretations of the term "physical culture and health services" were considered and clarified, and distinctive signs of physical culture and health services were singled out; The classification of physical culture and health services is considered; The main functions of the market of sports and health services are shown; The legal regulation of the sphere of physical culture and health services has been studied; The main tasks of the state policy in the field of development of the sphere of physical culture and health services are presented; Identified the main shortcomings and problems of state regulation in the field of physical fitness and health services; A set of measures is proposed for all levels of executive power, aimed at eliminating problems in the development of physical culture and health services. The work analyzes the development of physical fitness and health services in the Orenburg region, their characteristics are given, and the condition and development of physical culture and health services in the region is examined. With the help of developed methods, the analysis of customer satisfaction with physical fitness and health services was carried out. The study identified key problems in this service sector at the regional level; Developed the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of physical fitness and health services; The basic directions of perfection of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of physical culture and health services in the region are defined; The tools of quality management of physical culture and health services are formulated; The methodological recommendations on the evaluation of the quality of physical culture and health services are presented. The study systematizes the notions of "organizational and economic mechanism", formulated the author's definition, developed an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of physical fitness and health services, including organizational and economic blocks, the main factors affecting the development of physical culture and health services, the starting positions, rules and methods Activities in the field of sports and health services. The publication is of interest to scientists, specialists of state and commercial organizations, providing physical culture and health services, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates and students of higher educational institutions.
