Abstract:
The proposed publication is a comprehensive study of the regulation of various models of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation and abroad. On the basis of the latest legislation, educational and scientific literature, judicial practice, the concept of public-private partnership, state regulation of this form of structuring investment projects and its various models, international organizations involved in the development of the institution of public-private partnership at the supranational level are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the analysis of problematic issues of regulation of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation, proposals for its improvement are formulated. The publication was prepared according to the legislation as of February 2017. The research is addressed to a wide range of people: practicing lawyers, representatives of the banking community, investors interested in implementing projects under public-private partnership schemes, financial consultants, government representatives involved in the process of improving legislation on public-private partnership and participating in projects as / on the side of a public partner / concedent, teachers of law and economics universities and students.
