Abstract:
The relevance of the presented research work is determined by the need to solve the problem of labor safety in the organizations of the subways of the Russian Federation, as well as the manifestation of new opportunities in the management of professional risks arising during work in this area. In general, the scientific problem solved in the study includes aspects of the concept of preserving the country's labor potential and increasing the efficiency of its use. In this monograph, the state of labor conditions and labor protection, the causes of industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the organizations of the subways of the Russian Federation are investigated, and an expert assessment of the regulatory requirements for labor protection established for work in subways in our country and in international practice is carried out. The results of the work may be of interest to specialists in the field of labor protection and economics, as well as to employers and employees regulating social and labor relations in the organizations of the Russian Federation subways, heads of enterprises and organizations that ensure labor safety, prevention of occupational injuries and occupational morbidity.
