    Аннотация:
    В монографии приводится история отечественного нормирования электромагнитных полей радиочастотного диапазона волн. Рассматривается применение электромагнитного излучения в медицине для лечения больных. Также описывается применение электромагнитных полей в системах радиосвязи, в частности, в мобильной связи, где основным параметром системы является качество связи. Качество работы мобильной системы связи зависит от мощности излучаемого сигнала, что для организма человека является вредным явлением при длительном пользовании мобильным телефоном. Приводятся доказательства, что головной мозг является основным объектом воздействия для радиочастотного излучения. Повышенный риск развития глиомы и акустической невромы был обнаружен при эпидемиологических исследованиях человека. Есть явные доказательства того, что радиоизлучение является канцерогеном для человека, вызывая глиому и акустическую неврому. Есть некоторые свидетельства повышенного риска развития рака щитовидной железы и четкое доказательство того, что радиоизлучение является канцерогеном. В конце приводится проект памятки для пользователей мобильных телефонов, которая должна утверждаться Правительством Российской Федерации.
