    Abstract:
    The analysis of problems arising in the implementation of transport services in the Northern regions of Siberia is conducted in the monograph. The study of theoretical aspects of the methodological basis for assessing the efficiency of transport is carried out. The authors review the particularities of the studied regions development, the current level of regions’ performance in the Russian Federation, and their main socio-economic parameters. This monograph is addressed to economists-practitioners, students of higher and secondary educational institutions, students of economic specialties, graduate students, lecturers and specialists in Economics, organization and management of transport systems and complexes.
