Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the study of financial guarantees of social human and civil rights. The approaches to the definition of social rights and their content and meaning are considered in the monograph. The author analyzes the nature of guarantees of human and civil rights and freedoms. The correlation between the concepts of financial and economic guarantees of human and civil rights is reviewed. The paper gives a detailed classification of financial guarantees of social human and civil rights, as well as their principles. In addition, the considerable attention is paid to the role of the constitutional court in the implementation of financial security of social rights, as well as the role of the state in the mechanism of financial security of social human and civil rights.
