Abstract:
At the moment, marketplaces are the most actively developing segment of e-commerce. The number of both buyers and suppliers of marketplaces is increasing. The amount of possible logistics costs for a marketplace provider is significant due to the specifics of the business organization, and the lack of proper planning of these costs can lead to unprofitability. In these circumstances, the planning of logistics costs becomes necessary. At the same time, the task of planning is very difficult, since there is a wide variety of approaches of marketplaces to the conditions of cooperation, as well as a tendency to complicate and tighten them. The article presents a mathematical model that describes the logistics costs of selling goods through the marketplace. In the course of the research, the task of optimizing these costs was set and solved on a practical example. As a result, recommendations are given to reduce the size of the logistics costs of the marketplace supplier.
