Abstract:
The paper investigates the dual-circuit monetary and financial system as the basis of the country’s economic sovereignty. The author’s concept of a simulation model developed, which allows providing the real sector of the economy with financial resources in amount of several trillion rubles due to issuance of treasury bills of various denominations and advantages. The proposed model will not only increase the reserve capacity of the financial system of Russia, but also reduce the risks associated with the catastrophic development of events in the international monetary and financial system and increase the financial and economic security of Russia.
