Abstract:
The article contains research results of on investment attractiveness evaluation of the domestic passenger shipping companies inland water transport. The authors identified the key factors of investment attractiveness of this sphere of activity, analyses the modern tendencies, problems and trends of its development. Special attention is paid to proposals for the sequence of conducting and composite elements of evaluation of investment attractiveness of the shipping passenger companies formed taking into account industry specifics and best practices in the field of management of investment activity of transport enterprises. In the context of the work performed, the rationale for inclusion in the algorithm of estimation of investment attractiveness of the studied segment of the block, as the stakeholder analysis, systematized their key group and the composition of these groups. The article is of interest for specialists in the field of investment management, management of transport enterprises and companies of the real sector, researchers, postgraduates and students of economic specialties. Insights obtained through this work should enhance the effectiveness of managerial decisions in the sphere of investment activity and investment potential development of shipping companies.
