Abstract:

The article touches upon the “green” economy as a new economic model. Preconditions for transition to the “green” economy model are presented. The article analyzes the spheres in which the “green” technology is concentrated. It marks technological change in the coordinates of the “green” economy and provides the criteria for technological change evaluation.
