Abstract:
The article examines approaches to assessment of entrepreneurship at the regional level based on a system of criteria and quantitative analytic methods. The authors link the potential of entrepreneurship with management implementation of its main features. Special features of the suggested methods are based on comparing results of the work in the region in various entrepreneurial climates. Methods are based on multivariate analysis, which allows identifying a higher degree of objectivity in comparison with ratings.
