Abstract:
The article presents an unusual view of the current contractual practice, where the interrelations between «DRT-Logistic» and a customer are considered not as an end in itself but as an opportunity to provide goods on the one hand and the territory of delivery – on the other. Thus, a manufacturer’s product has certain parameters, while «DRT-Logistic» has supply channels for this product. Finally, there is a business result, which is reflected in the documents for legal support of co-operation between the parties.
