Abstract:
The article examines cost management in implementing the strategy of planning and technological development at an oil-producing enterprise in a developed oilfield. The author suggests methods for analyzing the dynamics of the aggregate reduced costs which allow to indirectly assess effectiveness of real investments and their impact on the performance of the company.
