The lean production concept within strategic management of an enterprise

Abstract:
Process approach at an enterprise management is examined in the paper, the necessity of innovative concepts of quality and efficiency management adoption is substantiated. The correlation of organizational innovations, created in the cost management sphere, and general competitive strategy is analyzed. The method of functional decomposition of forming a strategy of production cost saving and costs at an enterprise is examined. The structure of this method is given. Practical value of cost management and certain approaches of the lean production concept is shown on the example of the Hartmann – Rico, a. s. enterprise (Brno, Czech Republic) of the Paul Hartmann AG German concern.
