Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of sustainable project management simultaneously with the implementation of flexible management methodologies. A study was proposed to establish a link between the indicators of flexibility of project personnel and indicators of social sustainability of projects. The novelty is the methodology and methods for assessing the level of flexibility of human resources of projects and the level of social sustainability of projects. The study was conducted at 62 enterprises in different regions of Russia by the method of expert survey. The results have proved that projects with high sustainability scores have staff with greater flexibility. This conclusion made it possible to develop a recommendation for the joint implementation of the concepts of sustainable and flexible management of innovative projects.
