Abstract:
Accelerating productivity growth requires a clear understanding of the nature of all factors affecting the indicator. The urgency of the problem of increasing labour productivity and the need for practical recommendations to agricultural enterprises to improve it led to the choice of the purpose of the study, such as: to identify the most significant factors of labour productivity growth in agricultural production.
In scientific research the complex analysis of the factors influencing the level of labour productivity in the agricultural enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region, taking into account their lowering or increasing influence is carried out. The quantitative characteristics of the influence on the annual output of employees of such factors as the availability of labour resources, fixed assets, duration of employment, employees' income, production of crop and livestock products are presented. The influence of growth drivers of labour productivity in the dynamics and in the current time period is considered. Economic and statistical methods were used to substantiate the factors. The results obtained in the work can be used to assess growth reserves and develop recommendations to improve labour productivity in the agricultural sector of the region.
