Abstract:
The authors propose a method of assessing the effectiveness of implementation of scientific and educational projects based on the combined use of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The process of evaluation of regional scientific and educational projects includes the following stages: a quantitative evaluation (indicators of the importance of regional scientific and educational projects for the community and region in which they are implemented; the indicators of project participants); quality assessment (using the method of case study to predict the success of regional scientific and educational projects). The proposed method can be used in the assessment and self-assessment of the feasibility of investment in these projects; in the competitive selection of participants for grant funding and subsidies. Based on the results of the project can be modified and improved proposed measures to increase its importance for the region, adjusted to the composition of participants and partners.
