Abstract:
The task of development, adoption and implementation of effective balanced industrial policy that would be aligned the interests of all economic entities and the state in the digital environment is extremely important. The article substantiates the necessity of using an interdisciplinary conceptual approach to this task, which is a complex combination of economic and political methods. Political-economic situational analysis is one of the most relevant methods for performing the designated task. One of the advantages of using this type of analysis is the stability of its results to changes in the political and economic environment. If you are using political-economic situational analysis to study the development, adoption and implementation of a coordinated industrial policy should consider a number of approaches, such as normative value, system and network. Scientific novelty of the research is that the authors propose and justify the interdisciplinary approach combining political and economic analysis in the development of a model for coordination of economic interests of subjects of industrial policy. The obtained results can be the basis for a new approach to strategic planning of development of both the region and the country as a whole and have practical relevance to public authorities in developing relevant strategic documents, as well as for businesses in their interaction with authorities.
