Abstract:
In this article the authors give an overall assessment of the situation in the field of information transparency of the securities market in Vietnam. Comparing with the legal conditions of providing information by public companies and the actual situation, the authors reveal a number of problems related to the quality of the information provided in the securities market of Vietnam, show what the new requirements for the publication of information meet and limit. Along with this, the authors also assess the state of affairs with the publication of information from public companies in the securities market and offer solutions to the problems aimed at improving the quality of information publications for the coming period.
