Abstract:
The article considers such popular and actively developing direction in the banking sector as transactional business. The place of this direction in the modern banking system is determined. Examples of existing transactional products in Russian banks are given. The potential and trends in the use of transactional services in commercial banks are investigated. The main directions necessary for the development of transactional business in Russia are revealed. The scope of application of banking digital technologies in transactional business is analyzed.
