Abstract:
When training aviation personnel, it is necessary to use modern educational technologies to improve the effectiveness of training programs and ensure high quality training for civil aviation. Traditional educational technologies for classroom training are proposed to be supplemented with an interactive component, and the training of aviation personnel on simulators or using other technical means is to be supplemented with virtual reality technologies. In the conditions of limited resource provision and high cost of simulator training of aviation personnel the network form of realization of educational programs is offered as perspective. It seems reasonable to use additional technologies the use of which is possible within the framework of self-education, such as online courses, i.e. digital technologies in education, allowing specialists of aviation personnel to remotely master the knowledge necessary for successful training in educational institutions or aviation training centers.
