Abstract:
One of the objectives of the state economic policy is to increase the efficiency of reproduction processes through the control of social, technological and institutional risks in the national economy. The article deals with the features of the development of the institute of wages from the standpoint of the implementation of the concept of national welfare, using the ratio of minimum and average wages in Russia. Analysis of the dynamics of the Keitz index showed the changing role of the wage function in Russia for the reproduction of economically active population. The nature of long-term trends in the index of Katza in 2000-2019 (the first half) is determined. The conducted research has also shown how the level of the minimum wage becomes the object of state control in the system to build long-term social policy in the national economy. The results of the study can be used for the formation of the state policy of social cohesion of society, taking into account the socio-economic interests of the corporate sector, employees and the state.
