Abstract:
This article presents the theoretical foundations of such a phenomenon as "human capital", as well as its place in the migration processes of recent decades. Today, the level of education of the employee and his professional qualifications are the main factor of economic growth. In turn, the lack of specialized personnel directly affects the reproduction of national income and the amount of savings. Among many approaches, the definitions of "human capital" and "migration" were singled out, and the special place of human capital in the migration movement of the population was justified.

Keywords: human capital, migration, migration factors
