Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to consider the features of the interaction of the educational complex and the labor market. The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the following. The emergence of demand in the labor market is a complex multi-factor process, which is determined, in particular, by the demand in the market for goods and services. On the other hand, in relation to the demand in the educational complex of universities, this demand is secondary. Thus, a complex system of relationships arises in these markets, which increases the relevance of the study of the interaction features of all these factors.The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the following. On the other hand, in relation to the demand in the system of educational complex of universities, this demand is secondary. Thus, there is a complex system of relationships in these markets, which increases the relevance of the study features of the interaction of all these factors. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of this article is the regulatory documents in the sphere of labor market regulation in the Russian Federation, as well as open analytical materials on key aspects of the labor market. When writing an article, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, systematization, comparison. Results. As a result of the study, the main regularities and new trends in the interaction of the educational complex and the labor market were identified. Findings. It is substantiated that the main factors for the development of interaction between the labor market and the educational complex should be the development of continuing professional education, improving the quality of education, and ensuring the mobility of the workforce. In the course of regulating the mechanism of interaction between the labor market and the educational complex, a balance must be maintained between the private and public interests of all the subjects of these markets, and a reasonable decentralization of management of the interaction processes between employers and vocational education institutions is necessary.
