Abstract:
The article on the basis of the system approach considers the process of fixed capital management as one of the directions of the strategy of industrial enterprise development. Thus, a certain subject structure, purpose, objectives, tools of management of process of updating of fixed capital, and the indicators of its efficiency are identified. The main risks associated with the implementation of the project to update the production base were identified and systematized, and measures to minimize them were proposed. In addition, the article formulates the basic principles that should guide the development of policy in the field of reproduction of fixed capital.
