Abstract:
Independent quality assessment is, first of all, mechanisms for receiving feedback from the citizens of our country on the functioning of the social sphere. The result of an independent evaluation is not simply a formal feedback on the quality of services, but the implementation of consistent management actions based on the results of the evaluation. In the article the authors analyze the concept of "independence of quality assessment", consider the reliability of the results and the correctness of the methodology used changes, as well as recommendations to improve the independence of the assessment of the quality of social services, the formation of public councils, as well as to develop a methodology for data collection.
