Abstract:
Purpose: the quality of medical services and the factors influencing change of its parameters in the conditions of social market economy are studied on the basis of modern researches. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is the study of the quality of medical services, as well as a variety of factors affecting the change of its parameters in the social market economy. Results: this article defines the role and importance of the quality of medical services at the moment, as well as the factors affecting the change in the parameters of the quality of medical services in the social market economy. Conclusions: for any state, the health care system is one of the most important social institutions in the state, because the health of citizens directly depends on the quality of its work. According to the definition of the world health organization (who), quality medical care is a certain set of actions of both diagnostic and therapeutic nature aimed at obtaining the optimal result for the patient's health, taking into account all related factors (the complexity of the disease, the age of the patient, the risk of complications, etc.). As a result, the person himself should also be as satisfied with the treatment as possible. Thanks to this formulation, the level of quality of medical care is calculated. The Federal CHI Foundation offers a similar definition of the quality of health care, but with a greater focus not on the consequences of treatment, but on the treatment process itself. That is, if the doctor acted adequately, without making any serious mistakes, the assistance provided to them can be considered quality. Application: the findings and results of the study can be used in the study of the quality of medical services and the factors affecting the change of its parameters in the social market economy.
