Abstract:
Purpose: to prove expediency of humanistic approach at the solution of a problem of increase in efficiency of economy in difficult physiographic conditions of development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). To give practical examples of increase in efficiency of economy by criterion of a humanization. Materials and methods: the analysis of influence of social conditions, the standard of living of workers and the population on efficiency of development of economy, on production. Results: the expediency of development of the direction of a humanization of economy of GE and optimization of administrative management in difficult conditions of development of AZRF, for ensuring efficiency of economy and socio-political stability is proved. Conclusions: the efficiency of economic development in difficult geographical conditions of development of AZRF can increase in the course of GE. The humanization is directed to increase in the standard of living and activity of workers and local population, increase in labor productivity, optimization of management of a production and social system, the solution of socio-political, economic and environmental problems. The world practice has examples of successful realization of the humanistic principles in economy.
