Abstract:
Purpose: based on the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience, explore promising forms of intrapreneurship, namely entrepreneurship in educational organizations. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is literary sources for the development of promising forms of intrapreneurship, as well as open analytical materials on Russian and international business experience in educational organizations. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the essence of intra-entrepreneurship, as well as the role of entrepreneurship in educational institutions. Conclusions: established companies are difficult to innovate, and this is not a secret. When a company grows to a certain size, reaches certain numbers, their investors become more conservative, leaders less entrepreneurial, and employees do not really want to look for new ideas that may not work and cost them their place. Usually, without innovative ideas, companies get stuck in a comfort zone, and eventually leave the market. That is why some established companies in search of innovations have begun to work increasingly to create an intra-entrepreneurial culture. That is, companies allow employees to spend part of their work time looking for new ideas. The company's management gives them to understand and accept that it is normal to make mistakes and that they will not be punished for failure if things don’t go as planned. They try to recruit people with entrepreneurial spirit and promote to leadership positions those who are not afraid to make decisions on their own and take risks. And they stop thinking about profits in the next quarter and start thinking about revenue growth in the next decade. Application: The findings and research results can be used in the analysis of promising forms of intrapreneurship: entrepreneurship in educational organizations.
