Abstract:
Purpose: based on the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience, investigate patterns in the development of the quality of services in the system of continuous professional development. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is literary sources on the development of the quality of services in the system of continuous professional development, as well as open analytical materials on the impact of the quality of services on the productivity of organizations. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the essence of the continuous training, as well as the development of quality of services. The analysis of modern methods of productivity growth has been carried out. Conclusions: at the moment, the development of quality services is one of the main conditions for successful economic development and competitiveness in the market. And one of the conditions for improving the quality of services is staff development. That is, it can be stated that with the improvement of staff skills, the quality of the services provided by the company increases, which in turn is a factor in the growth of the productivity of the organization. The findings and research results can be used in the further development of the quality of services in the system of continuous training.
