Abstract:
Purpose: based on current research, the development of the institution of corporate citizenship has been studied in order to stimulate the economic growth of large industrial structures. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is research on the development of the institution of corporate citizenship, as well as the role of corporate citizenship in stimulating the economic growth of large industrial structures. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the role and importance of corporate citizenship, and also identifies the factor of influence of corporate citizenship on the economic growth of large industrial structures. Conclusions: corporate citizenship is not only an initiative of companies. This is the interaction between business, government, employees and the public. Without mutual support, this process will not advance beyond small charitable initiatives. The findings and research results can be used in the implementation of the concept of corporate citizenship for the most fruitful management of balanced economic growth of large industrial structures.
