Abstract:
Purpose: the aim of the work is to develop an algorithm for ensuring the economic security of an industrial enterprise using outsourcing. Materials and methods: the following research methods were used in the work: the method of expert assessments (to substantiate decision-making); graphic method (for the construction of structurallogical schemes); method of induction and deduction (for theoretical generalization of existing concepts). The methodological basis of the article was the works of foreign and domestic scientists concerning the study of economic security and technology outsourcing. Results: the paper identifies the elements of the industrial enterprise security system and their organizational support, considers the essence of the concept of outsourcing and the purpose of its application in industrial enterprises, develops an algorithm for making management decisions when using outsourcing by an industrial enterprise. Conclusions: The following algorithm is proposed for making a management decision to ensure economic security by an industrial enterprise when using outsourcing, which includes the following steps: analysis of the processes and functions performed by the enterprise; selection of criteria for assessing the feasibility of transferring business processes or functions to outsourcing; calculating the cost of the enterprise to perform processes and functions on its own and in the case of their transfer to outsourcing; conducting differential analysis of relevant information and deciding whether to transfer the process or function to outsourcing; selection of a partner (outsourcer) to whom the process or function will be transferred; determination of the desired level of business relations between the outsourcer and the enterprise; an agreement with an outsourcer; monitoring and controlling the work of the outsourcer; analysis of the use of outsourcing and the development of appropriate corrective measures. The results of the work can be used in developing strategies for the economic security of industrial enterprises.
