Abstract:
The article deals with topical issues using the professional standards in human resource management at the level of organizations. In particular, it analyzes the peculiarities of application of professional standards in determining job functions, when setting requirements, to organize training and certification of personnel, as well as issues of independent assessment of qualifications. Noted that the Russian system of professional standards needs further development and normative-legal consolidation of its supporting mechanisms.
