Abstract:
This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the labor market functioning in the conditions of digital economy development and determination of the main directions in human capital management as the main factor of production in the conditions of digitalization. In this regard, this study provides a comparative analysis of the structure of the labor market of different countries by types of employed, identifies trends in the development of the labor market and human capital in the Russian economy, and identifies ways of forming human capital that meets the needs of the labor market in the digital economy. The empirical base of the study was the materials of the Boston Consulting Group and the World Development Bank. This study is the starting point of large-scale work on the definition of new vectors in the strategic management of human capital in the development of the digital economy.
