Abstract:
Today in many organizations various adaptation actions are carried out. The main purpose of the adaptation system is to create a painless, short and effective process of securing new employees in the enterprise, which is possible only with the proper operation of the personnel management service. The system of adaptation of personnel should be, first of all, effective on the part of a new employee, company, team, and in terms of resources spent. The article presents the results of a survey of recently hired employees and a step-by-step method of assessing the economic efficiency of staff adaptation on the example of a manufacturing company. Since in modern conditions it is important to have a correct and objective assessment of the work in the field of adaptation of newly hired employees and its results to make informed management decisions.
