On the criteria and motivation to achieve the quality of trade service in modern Russia

Abstract:
Currently in the Russian economy, the state virtually ceased to regulate socio-economic processes taking place in the retail trade. As a result, when the redundancy of the trading network, there is a constant decrease of quality of trade service of the population and the rising costs of consumption. In this regard, we propose a fairly simple method of determining the level of service quality in the retail trade, allowing to monitor the social efficiency of trading activities. The technique is based on the optimisation of transaction expenses of the population on making purchases at points of sale of consumer goods. It is also featured the guidelines for motivation of civil servants involved in the regulation of trade, to achieve optimal performance security of the Russian population the area of trading objects and increase of customer satisfaction with the quality of their service.
