Abstract:
At the present stage of social development, production and management relations are fundamentally changing under the influence of networking, informatization and digitalization.
This generates a request for new competencies of managers that are relevant for successfully solving the tasks of organizing networking of companies (enterprises, organizations), digitizing production and management processes, accelerating decision-making processes based on their informatization, etc.
The manager-organizer, coordinator, motivator, who is able to practice, in real conditions and in “real-time” mode, solve current problems and problems that come to replace the head-administrator.
