Abstract:
The article discusses the current trends in the modernization of the institute of training and advanced training of managerial personnel for state bodies in the context of introducing information and communication technologies into the educational process. Based on the analysis of the international and Russian experience of online education, the additional advantages of using distance learning technologies in the field of advanced training and retraining of civil servants without departing from work are revealed.
The institutional base for the training of professional personnel for state authorities and modern training programs, which act as reference points for the development of new topical competencies of managers who are able to ensure the effective operation of state bodies and meet international standards and requirements, is explored.
