Abstract:
This article discusses the productivity of Sakhalin Energy, according to various methods of analysis. Such methods in the article are: the method of chain substitutions, the method of correlation and regression analysis.
On the basis of the official data on the publication of reports on the sustainable development of Sakhalin Energy and Gazprom, as well as the results of the All-Russian award “labor productivity: leaders of industry in Russia - 2018”, the dynamics of labor productivity of the largest industrial companies in Russia were analyzed, and factor and correlation -regression analysis of the labor productivity of a company with a greater weight in the economy of the Sakhalin region - Sakhalin Energy.
The main result of the study was the identification of factors for the growth of labor productivity in Sakhalin Energy. The main factor affecting labor productivity is the proportion of workers in the total number.
