Abstract:
The Information Society Development Strategy in the Russian Federation for 2017–2030 adopted in 2017 and the Digital Economy in the Russian Federation program set guidelines for the introduction of digital technologies in all areas of life, which requires a new format for the work of government bodies of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation . The main vector of interaction between modern state authorities and society, the authors see in the transformation of all public services into mobile applications in order to further improve their usability for citizens of the subjects of the Russian Federation. This will meet the main task of applying digital technologies: ensuring the openness and transparency of the modern digital government - providing universal access to state information services on the principle “any citizen - any department, any time, any place”, which will lead to the exclusion of bureaucratic barriers and factor in decision making will be minimized; management decisions will be made on the basis of data collection. In the article, the authors identified not only the advantages, but also the disadvantages of the digital economy implementation, proposed an author's approach to solving the main problems in the implementation of the digital economy.
