Abstract:
The paper discusses the foundations of the formation and functioning of the labor market in the field of agriculture. The methods of research were used methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as methods of tabular presentation of statistical data. As a product, labor is sold in the market. The labor market is primarily financial and social relations in the use and hiring of labor. It records the terms of employment and wage rates. In China, the concentration of the population in a fairly small area of fertile plains and lands contributed to maximizing the intensification of farming processes in ancient times. Having studied the state of the labor market in the agricultural sector in Russia and China, it is possible to identify several significant points that can be applied in our country, adopting the experience of the China . Among such opportunities for use in the Russian labor market in the field of agriculture are: the development of the agricultural sector, the increase in the share of more complex segments of agriculture, well-thought-out migration policy.
