Abstract:
The article on the example of the Lipetsk region assesses the innovation policy of the region in the main directions of its implementation: the development and improvement of innovation and innovation infrastructure. The strategic documents of the federal and regional level aimed at achieving innovative development in terms of goals, objectives, indicators, key actions and measures that contribute to the expansion of innovative activity of organizations are studied. The dynamics of volume and branch structure of the shipped goods of innovative character in the region, and also the innovative projects which are in the final stage entering into the regional register of the innovative enterprises are analyzed. Recommendations for further sustainable innovative development of the region and improvement of innovation management in terms of monitoring are formulated.
