Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to form the features of personnel management in the fitness industry, in particular as a coach, because the staff in this position is a key resource in the activities of the fitness club. Fitness industry is a relatively new direction for the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports. This direction is poorly studied and does not have a theoretical basis, especially in the context of personnel management. In this regard, the data of the research presented in the article are relevant, aimed at replenishing the theoretical base on the issue of research and contribute to the development of a number of competencies of students receiving education in sports management. The article describes the main components of the personnel management system of the organization and presents the features of the components of this system in the context of the fitness industry.
