Abstract:
The article attempts to philosophical understanding of the matrix (source, basis) of the formation of the knowledge society and the digital economy. Conceptual approaches to the construction of structural elements of the new formation of civilizational development on the basis of achievements of NTP are considered. The role and place of science about the person in system of knowledge and information technologies is shown, and also the main tasks and priorities of scientific and technical policy in the Russian Federation are given.
