Abstract:
The study presents an approach to the assessment of labor productivity in agricultural enterprises of municipal districts of the Ulyanovsk region. The methodological aspect is based on the use of different evaluation indicators. The indicator of labor efficiency (profit per employee) is considered in more detail. The ranking of districts of the region on this indicator is carried out, groups on the level of labor productivity and its dynamics are allocated. The improvement of the tool base of labor productivity assessment is necessary for the development of the directions of labor productivity increase in the regional economy. The results and conclusions obtained in the work allow to compare the municipal districts of the region in terms of productivity, to identify leaders and outsiders and can be used in the development of agricultural policy, forecasts and programs of modernization and investment at the regional and sectoral level, as well as to assess the potential for further development.
