The model of competencies of a recruiter in the age of technology and digital economy

Abstract:
The article presents the results of modeling the competencies of recruiters and predicting changes in the trend under the influence of digitalization and growth of data (big data). Based on the results of the study, professional, corporate and personal competencies were identified, the structure of each group was determined. It is concluded that the main professional competencies are the possession of personnel-technologies, methods of evaluation, automated systems, approaches to the organization of information. Customer focus and result orientation are not studied enough for the recruitment industry corporate competencies. The authors offered personal competence, such as: sales ability, analytical skills, stress resistance, knowledge as the criterion for psychological suitability of applicants self-organization. The matrix of competences of the recruiter is made. The implementation of the findings and recommendations of the study will help to improve the metrics of recruitment companies. The research work is intended for managers and employees of recruitment agencies, deputy director for personnel management of the enterprise, employees of the personnel department, the department of organization and remuneration, the department of training and development of personnel.
