Abstract:
The analysis of the current state of the sphere of trade of products for healthy food is considered, both its modern state, and possible prospects are estimated. Threats and opportunities of the external environment of the enterprises engaged in trade in products for healthy food are identified. As example, consider the network of shops selling products for healthy eating, includes stores under the brand names "Izbyonka" and "Vkusvill". The example of Kazakhstan from the point of view of the current state and prospects of development of the segment of sale of products for healthy food is also considered.
