Abstract:
This paper discusses the causes of migration in the Irkutsk region, the consequences of attracting foreign forces to the region. The problems of development of migration policy in the Russian Federation in the field of labor migration, as well as some areas of improvement of legislation. The article presents the results of a study conducted by the department of labor economics and personnel management of the Baikal state University in 2018 to study the employment of foreign citizens.
